The setup cost is derived from the cumulative hours spent on configuring various components of the system, billed at a competitive hourly rate of $150. These components include the PBX itself, the setup of SIP phones, SIP trunking providers, DIDs (Direct Inward Dialing), and IVRs (Interactive Voice Response). Additionally, the cost of Clearly IP phones selected by the customer is incorporated into the initial setup cost. Each model of Clearly IP phone is priced according to its retail value, providing a range of options to suit different budgetary needs.
Monthly Maintenance: Post the initial setup, a nominal monthly fee of $50 per PBX is charged to ensure the continuous and smooth operation of your Cloud PBX system. This fee covers the ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and necessary adjustments to keep the system performing optimally.
